With a foundation in Iyengar yoga and experience in movement practices, her work weaves together alignment, trauma-informed somatics, intuitive movement and nervous system healing. BOOGIE & BRUNCH

by Linus Eliasson - 11:00 - 14:30
Growing up, Lius was afraid of dancing. He'd stand on the sidelines until someone once told him, “Everyone can dance with their eyes closed.” So he tried. He closed my eyes, let go, and started to feel. From that moment, dancing became freedom—no wrong moves, just expression. Over time, it turned into a daily ritual, a way to reconnect and energize. When a video of him dancing in my kitchen was shared online, it unexpectedly inspired others to do the same. That spark became Boogie & Brunch—a space where people come together to move, connect, and feel free. No pressure, no judgment—just music, presence, and joy. Because we can all dance—we just have to feel.

Community Jam

20:00 - 22:30

This evening is for all the artists who feel the call to share their magic on stage. Come exactly as you are - with your voice, your instrument, your stories, and your heart. Whether you want to sing, play, improvise, move, or simply be part of the energy, this is a space to express, connect, and create together.
Let the music flow, let the rhythm carry you, and let’s fill the night with songs, movement, laughter, and soul. A gathering to celebrate creativity in all its forms, raw, alive, and shared in the moment.

06 July

YUNICA YOGA
Inner Luminosity Traditional Tantra Hatha Yoga - 09:00 - 10:30

Traditional Tantra Hatha Yoga & Somatics Journey

Rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Tantra Hatha Yoga, this practice explores Udāna Vāyu, the ascending current of Prāṇa associated with clarity, upliftment, higher perception and the natural expansion of consciousness.

Through breath, embodied movement, somatic awareness, and subtle energetic practices, we explore the upward-moving current of Udāna Vāyu, awakening a sense of lightness, expansion, and inner radiance. As awareness becomes refined and energy begins to rise, we reconnect with the clarity and luminosity that are our natural state.

We conclude this practice with 56 repetitions of the sacred Gayatri Mantra, one of the most revered mantras of the Vedic tradition, invoking illumination, wisdom, and the light of awakened awareness.

A practice of elevation, remembrance, and returning to the radiance of your own being.

Satu
Somatic Ecstatic Dance -
18:30 - 20:00

To Dance is to Remember.
When held with integrity, dance becomes a threshold, a sacred place where we meet ourselves, soften our edges, and silence the inner critic. It is a living ritual, where music and movement unite in service of healing, community, and connection.
Across time and culture, indigenous traditions have honored dance as a gateway to spirit, Earth, and the unseen. Long before modern language, humans danced to pray, to grieve, to celebrate, to call the rains, to summon courage, and to mark transitions of life. Dance was, and remains, a ceremony. A communal heartbeat. A remembering of belonging.
In the circle, around fires, under stars, with drums echoing like the pulse of the land, people have always moved in rhythm with something greater. These traditions teach us that dance is not entertainment, it is embodied reverence. It is how the soul speaks through the body.
Ecstatic states have always fed the human spirit. In the dance, we remember: rapture, emotion, interconnectedness, and the vastness of our true nature. Without this access to embodied Truth, joy and release, we may seek ecstasy in ways that disconnect or harm, rather than heal.
The body longs to move, it is built for rhythm, for resonance, for release. Through somatically guided, intentional movement, we open ancestral pathways of expression and unlock each person’s unique, primal vibration.
Here, we dance not in isolation but in lineage, with those who came before and those yet to come.
We use somatization as our anchors. Our dances are not choreographed, but discovered with an eclectic soundscape. We let sensation lead and gravity catch us. We return to the body’s native language, instinctual, raw, real.
